Butterscotch Lady ~ Tracy Cross ~ Orange County Party Photographer

Recently my daughter was invited to a Valentines Day party at her good friend "S's" house. A Tea Party of sorts. The party was a great success! It was beautifully designed and the girls had a blast! "S's" mom, Wendy Rincon, also known as the Butterscotch Lady, decorated for the party and asked if I wouldn't mind coming over to take a few pictures before the grand event.
